This is an independent footwear sourcing project. This notice describes how the static website handles browsing and sourcing briefs.
The brief stays in your browser
The brief builder uses the information you type to prepare a message on your current page. It does not submit form data, upload files or save inquiries on a server. The form is not automatically saved: download your brief before closing or reloading the page.
Your shortlist
Selected style identifiers are saved in your browser’s local storage so the shortlist remains available between pages and visits on that device. Personal contact details and the project brief are not saved in local storage. Use “Clear shortlist” on the brief page to remove the saved selection.
Email, WhatsApp and downloads
Choosing email or WhatsApp opens an external application with a draft. You must send the message yourself. Those applications and any correspondence you send are handled by their providers and the recipient, not by this website’s brief builder. Downloaded text files remain on your device until you share or delete them.
Hosting and browser requests
Cloudflare delivers the static website and may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details and timestamps under its own service practices. This website does not add analytics scripts, advertising cookies or a tracking pixel. Included page images are served as local static files.
Contact and privacy requests
Email coop@shoeclaws.com. If you previously sent a brief through an external service, address access, correction or deletion requests to the recipient or that service. Do not include payment-card data, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in a sourcing brief.
International correspondence
The hosting platform and external communications services may operate across jurisdictions. Ask the actual business counterparty about confidentiality and handling arrangements before sharing commercially sensitive material.
Theme and language preferences
Theme and language choices are saved in local storage on this device. Language suggestions use your browser settings, not your location. When you explicitly switch language on a filled-in brief, its fields are temporarily kept in session storage for the next page and removed immediately after restoration. This does not send the brief anywhere. Clear site data in your browser to remove stored preferences.
