Design references and product listings
Collection cards are original concept illustrations, not photographs of stocked products or proof of manufacturing capability. Availability, specifications, documents and samples require supplier confirmation. Illustrations are not evidence of owned factories, staff, shipments or partners.
Written quotation and verified counterparty
Before a purchase, confirm the selling entity, product specification, quantities, currency, price, payment milestones, delivery terms, freight, taxes and inspection arrangements in writing. The site operator is not automatically the exporter, manufacturer or seller of record.
Sampling and product requirements
Agree the reference sample, acceptable tolerances, tests and documentation for the actual product and destination market. Prices, minimum quantities, materials, delivery times and certifications are not guaranteed by the collection pages.
Rights to references and artwork
Share only artwork, brands, product references and files you are entitled to use. Counterfeit products and unauthorized third-party trademarks are outside the scope of the sourcing service.
How a brief is delivered
A brief is prepared locally, then copied, downloaded or opened in your chosen messaging application. The website does not confirm delivery or provide an inquiry number. You remain responsible for sending it and verifying the recipient.
